After receiving a table lamp, I noticed a small problem. Decided I couldn't live w/it and emailed customer service. The next day FedEx delivered a replacement -- which was better -- and picked up the 'defective' one. Free shipping both ways, and good prices, good selection too. No, I don't work for them, nor know anyone who does. Just wanted to share it ... for those of you looking for lighting vendors.
