You CAN drink when you are on antibiotics! Yes you can! I have a good friend who is a doctor, and he informed me that it's just a myth. I am so relieved! |

I once burned a hole in my stomach by drinking while on antibiotics. I was 12. My older sister was watching me.
When I got home from the hospital a few days later I was on a strict ulcer diet for months.
When my parents arrived home early from their vacation my sister told them the pain just came on suddenly during dinner. I didn't correct her because she would have done a lot more damage to my body than the two pina coladas she ordered for me during that meal. |

The exception is metronidazole (Flagyl). I know what of I speak.
