What about "The Chieftans"? My mother bought a children's lullaby CD for us several years ago and my oldest loved it. The music was so soothing and pretty. Just goes to show that you don't have to be Irish to enjoy everything Ireland! |

There's a great Irish CD called "The Seal Maiden," a combination of story and song of one of the great Celtic myths, about a seal which becomes a young woman. The tale is splendidly narrated, and the music is lilting and a nice introduction to the sounds of Irish music. |

Innisowen, Like that film, what was it called, the Secret of Roan Innish? or something. I loved the Chieftans as a kid! But I guess I was wondering about anything live around here. |
