Sunday early afternoon (yesterday). Ear-deafening noise of car engines. I suppose tuned up cars. Idiots hitting the accelerator reapetedly. The noise must have come from Curtis or Ridgewood Terrace.

Who are those idiots, and... what can be done against it?

You have entered virtual cafe.... perhaps we may see a reenactment of the offenses you claim...... did it sound like this and were they drifting? I'm sorry to say I did not witness any of this, have you tried Soapbox?
