how old is he, Tom? Whatever his age, he is the fastest man Ive seen at that age (that means the fastest runner..I cant speak for anything else). By the way, ML..is the president show with Geena Davis dead in the water? I know you have access. |

whoa, Tom you are impressive. I didn't even know you knew my birthday. Thanks very much for the shout-out. It has been a good birthday. My wife took me out to a wonderful restaurant today. and now I find an unexpected greeting on MOL. what more could I ask for? Hank, I'm not telling how old I am, but when I enter the July 4 races in Memorial Park, I am in the seniors division. And Commander is definitely coming back to ABC -- this Thursday in fact. We're hopeful that it will return for another year as well, but until the decisions are made next month, we won't know for sure. But if you like, I'll pass word of your fandom on to the powers that be. I'm certain it will make a difference.

I just dig Geena Davis. They didnt publicize the night change all that well and I wont skip Thursday night basketball for the show, unfortunately. Is it up against Seinfeld? Friends? Is that still on? |

dude, get yourself a DVR so you don't have to miss ANY of the high quality ABC programming. Seinfeld and Friends are of course no longer on Thursday nights. you may also be surprised to know that Cosby and Family Ties are gone as well. |

ML, Happy belated Birthday. I can't believe that Hank thinks those shows are still on. I may be wrong but I don't think that the Geena Davis show will beat the Flip Wilson Show in the ratings |

frankly, there really hasnt been good TV since The Odd Couple went off the air. Is the Glenn Campbell Good Time Hour on any longer? And can I still get Uncle Floyd on UHF? |

Hank, despite your lack of TV savvy, you apparently do know how to work one of these new-fangled PC gadgets, so you may be interested to know that starting next month, you don't have to miss Commander in Chief. You can watch it on your home computer, for free! http://abc.go.com/fes/index.html |

I'll get my kids to get up and change the channel...that's what we had to do as kids. |

Remember fighting with siblings about what channel to watch? We'd sit there and scream, yell and bellow for mom to come intervene. But never got up to change the channel back because of the risk of losing a good seat. I miss Mary Tyler Moore and Carol Burnett. |

Mary Tyler Moore was great. She could turn the world on with her smile. She could take a nothing day and suddenly make it all seem worth while. Carol Burnett had a great ensemble of performers. I was the youngest of four kids. By the time my parents got to me they were worn down and I was able to stay up a little later and watch the Sonny and Cher show. |
