I'd say ring fort in Co. Clare, Ireland but the scale of the vegetation doesn't look right.

For some reason I keep staring at this image. I think it is an archaeology site and I am guessing that the vegetation is arctic. However, the latter at least is a complete guess.

It's William McDonough's city hall roof garden in Chicago.

Scroll down the page to find:
Aerial view of the roof garden atop Chicago City Hall The building is 11 stories tall, 220 feet above street level, and covers 38,000 square feet.

What do I win? I'll take a Mead over a Fosters (if I get to choose).

Whoever said "disneyworld" should get partial credit - because what we know of as Disney World (the Magic Kingdom) is actually the roof of a very large building.

Too cool, and was I ever way off base!

Alley, I believe we did cross posts,

You Win!

I found it here, http://www.hrt.msu.edu/faculty/Rowe/Green_roof.htm

Did you know the new Wal-Mart being built in Chicago's West Side Austin neighborhood will have a green roof too.

Hmmm, what do you win, it will be a surprise....

A surprise? should I be worried? Will it be alcoholic...? An Alley can hope, right?

If I get to choose I'll take some homemade Sorrel if your brewing any this year. Any chance? Maybe I could pick the b-movie during one of your summer screenings? Or best of all, blind fold me and spin me round and let me choose one piece of electronic equipment from your overflow technology closet (I'm assuming you MUST have one or two or three of them in your home). That would be fun.

That's not true. An image doesn't have to be a representation of anything necessarily. Or are you saying that THIS image specifically is a representation of the real thing? If so...when can I claim it?

Hey, if you bring your laptop to the gaslight, I'll show you how to make sure that next time it isn't "an image that was poorly isolated using Photoshop".

hahahahaha, when pressed for time, quality can be lacking, or maybe I just didn't care,, oh yeah, I didn't use photoshop, already had the image open in Graphic Converter.
