I am bored. I think I may go get a drink for happy hour; or maybe go get some sangria. What to do.... what to do...
Anyone have a good idea on how to kill the rest of this afternoon and maybe some of the night? I could go get some shorts or a pair of sneakers, but that would be annoying and way too productive. |

I think I am going to go get some shorts and maybe a couple cigars. Maybe then I will go get some sangria. I didn't want to do anything productive, but it looks like I can think of nothing else. |

OK, i have almost gotten the motivation to go now. A few more minures and I might actually be gone.
But I want to say that I am amazed that of the probably thousands of people who read this board that no one else is bored right now. |

I'm bored. I'm still at work because I failed to work out a ride home with my dear fambly. One is out at a class. One is not answering his office phone. One is probably on the road and not answering his cell phone. The answering machine at home is unhooked. Guess I'll play weboggle and read MOL for a while till they notice I'm missing. |

I'm thinking no one posted because being at work and being bored are redundant.
I have to admit, I had this vision of you walking around in shorts, shirtless and shoeless, with a cigar hanging out of your mouth. I was hoping that "shorts" was not short-hand for male underwear.
Clearly, I am bored. I am on a dumb conference call. Someone in Germany just jumped ahead of me on the agenda, so instead of being finished with my report, there is an excruciating discussion of production capability (which I have nothing to do with) going on. There had better be English muffins left in the cafeteria by the time I'm off or I'm hopping a plane to Germany to slap someone.

I was wonderfully rescued at 7:15. The kid's class was cancelled, and he actually called me when he got home to see if I needed a ride.
Now I'm back here again, and sort of bored, but at least today I have a car... |

I can't do Tuesday night. How about Wednesday night? Monday is also good, or Friday... Not Thursday because there is another get together at HTTA's that I think I will attend. And besides, it would be mean to schedule something on the same night. (Funny; but mean.)
Tomorrow (Maybe today depending on when you read this), Friday, we need to come up with a day that works for mem, buzz, myself, and perhaps mr. t and monster so we can all enjoy ourselves. Then we can tell others our choice and force our pick of nights upon them. I will start another thread declaring an "Official" get together. Of course it will not be official, but what are they going to do about it? Fight me? I dare them!
