And I'm almost at 1000 posts. I've also met Monster.

Am I now an official MOL presence?

J.B.

I also have a tree in my lawn that I got through MOL.

Oh, jeeze, I've answered my own question.

Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

I think there are spa treatments that can fix that.

I rarely get PL's...guess I am unapproachable.

Spas are expensive. Try a razor.

I get the occassional PL. Be glad that you don't get many; some of them are rather "stalkerish".

Of course, when you receive a polemic explaining someone's "side of the story" after you make an observation about an issue on a thread but aren't personally involved, you'll know that you've "made it".

Oh Hank, silly goose. I would never go so far as to categorize a bikini wax as a "spa treatment!" It's more like torture in a tranquil setting. Ah, the things we ladies endure for the sake of "beauty."

Ooops, sorry. Perhaps I should have posted that info in the "Girl Talk" thread. Now J.B.'s gonna go and get all unnecessarily flustered!

I've met Bets and pizzaz too, but since you guys don't post as maniacally, Monster carries more symbolic weight.

I thought of some other milestones yet ahead:

Meeting Dave.

Going to a full-on organized face to face.

Being Banned.

That plus the polemic pl greentree listed, and I'll be all grown up. I'll be...

Jersey Man.

Maniacal isn't the same as prolific. You've got that nailed. How to you match up to Reingold?

Hank: I sent you a PL just last week! Remember?

I don't get very many PLs either, especially in relation to my number of posts. I think of PL as being a little like the house phone in the apartment house where I grew up. You used it mostly when you had to reach someone quickly. Otherwise you just rang their door bell or waited until you saw them in front of the building.

I do remember, Joan..and I even responded! I responded to the one PL I got today too. I guess I came across as PL-needy.

Red, what I meant was, while the waxing is done in a spa setting, which is usually very serene and tranquil (Bio Skin Care in Millburn), the ripping-the-hair-out-by-the-roots part is torturous!
