Narrowing it down to just one cocktail is difficult. I used to be a Cosmo or Apple Martini girl, but lately, I have been enjoying Ketel One Citroen or Grey Goose Orange with seltzer and a splash of cranberry juice. Very light, very refreshing, very delicious. They go down way too easily, too. |

People, give recipes please. What is a French martini, for example. My personal new invention: into a shaker - one part a tropical juice blend, one part Cointreau, 3 parts vodka, lots of ice. Pour and serve in chilled martini glass. Maybe a cube or two of ice to the glass. Cheers! |

French Martini... there are varying recipes out there, this is one of them - make it once like this and then "tweak" it to your liking.. I have "tweaked" it so much that there is no relationship between this and my concoction, but this is where I started!!!!! 1/2 oz vodka 1/4 oz ChambordŽ raspberry liqueur 1/4 oz fresh pineapple juice Pour all of these into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, jiggle away, and then pour it all into a martini glass, sip and sip some more... When glass empty, repeat...

Take Minute Maid frozen lemonade and make it with 1/2 vodka and 1/2 water and put back in freezer. Turns into vodka lemonade slush - delicious. |

Blood Orange Martini (for 2) 4 ounces vodka 1/2 ounce triple sec or flavored orange liqueur 2 ounces blood orange juice 2 blood orange slices (for garnish) Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker with a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Pour into a martini glass, garnish with the orange slices, sip and start smiling.
