Our kids read them too (or had them read TO them), and there were a couple of videos made from the books. They were delightful -- we adored the voices they chose for the various characters. Babar and his family are utterly charming creations. |

I loved the Babar series (and remember watching the videos - much better than the Curious George mini-movies). I'm guessing he's still popular, seeing as one of his recent books is about yoga!
