Has anyone tried the Avistar Lot on McLellan near the Budweiser plant? Need recommendations for inexpensive airport parking for 4 days.

Use Mr. Bee's. If you get their internet coupon, it's 7.95 a day and you get a free carwash upon exiting. It's linked through the EWR website for offsite parking, I believe.

THe airport long term parking lot(s) costs $8.00 per day. There is a shuttle bus every 15 - 20 minutes. I have used it quite a few times and been happy with it.

In my experience, you don't want to use the airport long term parking lots (that still use buses) unless you have a LOT of spare time & like to get to the airport real early. It take quite a while to drive all the way out there & then quite a while to ride the bus back to the terminal. I'd suggest you spring for the extra few dollars & park in the monorail lots.

Then again, I tend to always be running late to the airport. Pre-9/11, I would typically get to the airport at 7 for a 7:30 flight.
