Hi. I have a Kincaid cherry wood coffee table. Any suggestions on the best way to clean it? Also, anyone know why it has ducks on the little handles?
Thanks!

We have Kincaid cherry too. Needed to have some refinishing done when the dog jumped on the table (don't ask) and left some scratches. The guy (not locally) who refinished it said not to use Pledge or the other kinds of spray because it permeates the wood and makes it difficult to refinish. He said there was another kind of cleaner available - apparently Home Depot carries it - but I can't remember what it was. We still just use Pledge.

Call Kincaid and ask them if you're concerned.

About the ducks: Kincaid offers many different styles - we choose Mission, but many of their styles were very appealing, well-made and not bank-breaking. Apparently, you chose the line with the duck handles?!
