Blah. I at there a few years ago. I think all these Spanish/Portuguese restaurants have their own standards. Spanish Tavern on Rt 22 is OK but I wouldn't salivate over it.

It's a nice restaurant. I wouldn't feel comfortable in jeans or sloppy clothes. Give it a try. I haven't been there for some time, but used to enjoy the band and dancing in the lounge later in the evening on weekends.

Thanks. Right now it's too hot to even think of dressing up, but maybe in the fall. I realize that Spanish food in America can get dreary, but sometimes the seafood stews can be very good at Spanish restaurants.
