In hindsight, it's fairly obvious why Cheney/Bush didn't want to make public these public documents and why court orders were required to make them public. |

fyi,
if anyone thinks Judicial Watch is some partisan, "looney liberal" outfit, they also filed numerous suits against the Clinton administration. |
