We have an old wood swing set (maybe 10-12 years old)that is functional, but the wood is in poor shape. Its appearance is worn, and there are spots of mold and mildew. What is the best way to restore the wood? Should we use bleach to ameliorate the mold/mildew? Should we use a sealant such as Thompson's? I want to be sure it is well-sealed from the arsenic (it's pressure-treated wood). Any advice appreciated.
