Sakana Sushi has been closed for a while. They created a new interior, but now a sign says "closed for renovations." Anyone know anything?

Walked past Sakana this evening. There's a "change in management" sign on the door, some mention of an expanded menu, new construction within, and a note saying they'd be open again on July 30.
