The Cubans who converted the '51 Chevy pickup into an amphibious vehicle should have been admitted to the U.S. and honored by the White House. That is the spirit of innovation we need to encourage and celebrate. Perhaps the Florida Highway Patrol could have issued a citation for driving an unregistered vehicle, but they shouldn't have sent them back to Cuba. |
