There's a yearly one ("Maplewood Moments") run by the Maplewood Civic Association with a March or so deadline. It's for photos of Maplewood only, I think, and categories cover amateurs and professionals. Signs go up around town at some point before then. Hope this helps. |

Though I am not sure about the contest you are referring to, I thought you might be interested in an upcoming photo contest sponsored by the American Humane Society. Photos are judged in three separate categories: Children/Families; Children & Animals; and, Animals. Entries must be received by March 31, 2001. For more information on the contest and a complete list of rules, visit http://www.americanhumane.org, or call (800) 227-4645. Good Luck! |

The Maplewood Civic Association is preparing the start of the Maplewood Moments Photography Contest. You'll see flyers at the library, Camera One and Robin Hutchins really soon. Dennis Barna, a Maplewoodian and professional photographer (and, a very good one) is chairing the activity. We're looking forward to lots of entries! |
