Dave- For some reason, any time I type in a new message check, under utilities, I get a response that there are no new messages. Yet when I check under Discussion-Last Day, there's plenty! Am I the only one experiencing this? |

Debby and Buzz: Remember, every time you check "new messages" those new messages you see will be considered read even if you don't read them. (I'm assuming you're using the login function - second radio button option). If there's some other error you're getting, let me know. Hope that helps. |

Under Help -> About Internet Explorer If it's 4.05 or earlier version of Internet Explorer, that's the likely problem. If it's newer, then I don't know what else the problem might be. |

This is really a different problem, but the header is the same ... What happened (sometime in the last couple of hours) to the "New Messages" option under Utilities? I went through my familiar clicks and didn't even notice that I was selecting "Keyword Search" instead, which now seems to be the first Utilities option. Please bring back "New Messages" ... it is the only way to keep up with this board anymore! Thanks! |

While we're at it, how come my 'back' button only works on the board about half the time now? (It seems to work on other sites.) |

Sac, New Messages will return soon! The script that runs it is being checked for something. Kathy, I go back. And forth. What message do you get when you hit back? |

Sometime when I check the board and click on a topic a new window opens. When I finish reading the thread ,I close that window and the whole message board is there. Other times when I click in a topic thread, the window goes forward, I read the thread and then hit back to return to the whole message board. Maybe this is the problem that Kathy is encountering. I don't know why sometimes a new window opens and other times it does not. |

The problem that I am having (when I am having it, which I am not at the moment) is that I hit the 'back' button and nothing whatsoever happens. I have to go back to the top of the screen and hit the web board link (or now, the general-topic link) which takes me back to the top of that screen, not the place I left from. |
