Kobe may have enjoyed consensual sex with that Colorado girl at first, but then for whatever reason he may have been asked to stop. Maybe he was hurting her, whatever. Yet if she said no, why didn't he stop?

It may be a case of a man forcing himself upon someone who was earlier a willing participant. To me that suggests that Kobe is guilty as charged.

Why do men with positions of power, money and prestige do such stupid things? They jeopardize their positions, families, jobs, and set themselves up for court appearances. Clinton did a similar thing in that respect, although I don't think he was ever asked to stop, at least not by Monica, others maybe though.

What drives these guys to risk everything? Does it enhance their excitement? Can't they stop once started? Kobe's wife seems attractive enough. Why risk it all for a few minutes of sexual gratification?

Simple. It's the very wrong decision of allowing the smaller head (which is severely mentally challenged) to take over.
