I checked the archives but couldn’t find this thread. What’s the best (or good) place for happy hour around?

some suggestions:
Martini's in Millburn is nice and also convenient, so long as you are either into or can abide the Millburn-heavy, older (40+) crowd.

O'Reilly's on Millburn Ave is a total dive but has good food and lots of beers on tap, as well as sports on lots of TVs.

Shanghai Jazz in Madison is less convenient but very cool and fun.

Chevy's, way the *&@# out on Rte 10 (past 287) is a great happy hour spot, but only if you work near there.
