I want to give a public thank you to and plug for Amir (recommended by MOLers). He totally came to my rescue and fixed a problem that had flummoxed many others.
He told me yesterday that he's downsizing his business for awhile in hopes of being able to take his first vacation in 4 years; so for the next few months he's only doing smallish jobs. (He has been doing things like kitchen & bath renovations.)
