If I do recall, Bush clearly mentions North Korea, Iran and Iraq in the same sentence. Can't go after a nation "after" they have a nuke program in place. Remember, North Korea built their program under the Clinton watch. That's what you get, when you send Carter in to do a man's job. Thanks Jimmy Peanut, thanks Bubba.
