Does anyone know how to determine what property value was assigned to what neighborhood in Maplewood? I was told by the valuation company (the representative I met with had been on the job for less than a week so she was a wonderful source of information), that various neighborhoods had been assigned different land values. According to her, there has already been an adjustment down in a neighborhood she described as "over by Wyoming." Since your assessment is in significant part dictated by the value assigned to your land, that information is important to know. Needless to say , she did not know how to access the assigned land values and corresponding neighborhoods. |
