after reviewing some of the new assessments in the Hilton section and some other areas of the eastside it appears their values are low. Even if they are only off 20-40k with the number of homes in this area the inpact on the tax rate is large.

Mr. Deluca your assessment at 130k is low, it should 170k or higher.

I know assessments can be lowered but can they be raised in this re-val correction process?
