10 more minutes left in The OC! Yes, it was a re-run. Yes, I already saw it but my husband hadn't. #&%$##$ -- now I am missing Paradise Hotel! And Zack is returning!

What more could go wrong!

Comcast cable TV and internet are both out. if not for my corporate Earthlink account we'd be totally disconnected. gee, how did we survive before cable and internet?

Damn, what happened? Was it Comcast or what? I was watching The Fear Factor as she was getting ready to get the flag up the pole. Does anyone know if they were successful?

I probably would have missed the news too, but thank goodness for finding a pair of rabbit ears...

I lost my cable and my PHONE line! How weird is that. Phone company conveniently will be sending someone out between 8am and 8pm.

First my lights flickered, setting my electric digital clocks back to 12:00 and losing everything since the last update on the document I was writing. Then I could not access tne internet at all via AOL or Comcast. Don't know if I lost cable TV or had a phone problem. Everything is normal until the next service interruption of whatever kind.

As first I panicked but then followed the example of our pioneer forefathers and popped a tape in the VCR.
Thank goodness that worked. For a while there I thought I was going to have to read.

We're still feeling the aftermath of Monday's blip. The digital channels starting from 114 are all jerky squares (tiling Comcast calls it) and we lost the on screen channel identifications. Also changing channels is very very slow with a black screen.
Comcast tried to fix it from their base, but it didn't work and they will be here tomorrow.
