We need to get the liner of our chimney replaced as the chimney is full of debris. We received estimates ranging from $800 to $3000.

Does anyone know what is a reasonable price and what to watch out for?

Any recommendations?

Thanks

The liner is full of clay / ceramic from the existing? How much is in there? How tall? And what kind of cap is being installed?
These will be the deciding factors.
With out physicaly seeing it it's difficult to say. The prices you were quoted don't sound out of the park with the exception of the range. Lok over each quote and project description as what it covers.
Good luck,
