Unfortunately I've gotten sick the past two times I've bought meat from my favorite butcher, Green Village Packing Co. Can anyone recommend a good butcher?

Maple Kosher in the Millburn shopping center is excellent. It's obviously Kosher meat which makes it more expensive but between the meat and owner, Jack, well worth it.
