New hotel in West Orange?

May be near the Green Hill Retirement place, near the Verona line? I tried www.switchboard.com, but the only hotels I get are Turtle Brook Inn, and the Residence Inn. The one I'm thinking of was recently renovated (after several years of being empty). I think it just opened in the last month or so. There had been talk in WO of using the property for a school, but then a developer came along and said they were going to restore the place to its former glory. It was from the 1930's - big band type banquet hall/wedding reception type place... It had been the Town and Campus for many years, and empty for about 10 years I guess.
