Folks I have been inundated with requests for the database. Thank you. I have found that because of the size of the file, most mailers are rejecting it. I'm just not going to try emailing it any more.

You can get it from http://ryanfamily.org/reval.html

I am not an HTML expert so for some reason I can't get the 'click and it downloads' thing working :-)

I updated the page to show how you can download it. You have to select the link in a way that brings up the pulldown menu in your browser, and select whatever in that menu causes a "save this link as a file" action. That should work.

I can't save it as an earlier version of excel because it has several sheets in a workbook and the earlier versions don't support it.

If you learn interesting things, and/or have ideas for additional columns and analysis that can be done, then by all means please email them to revalinfo07040@aol.com and/or post them here.

Jerry

I think I have fixed the click-to-download problem.

Try referencing http://members.aol.com/revalinfo07040

You will notice that the spreadsheet is on revision 3 now; I prettied-up the summary reports and added a %increase column to the database

From that site you can also get the reval FAQ and the procedures document as Word files

I'll update the ryanfamily.org site to point here as well

Jerry,

One quick question

Prior to Tuesdays meeting I was told that Mr. Galante was not reviewing indivual properties .

Has this changed? If I call the assesor's office in the next day or two can I set up an appointment so that someone from his office will come out to review my home?

Thanks Again

Please check the procedure that was announced at the meeting. You can see it on this board or fetch a Word file with it from http://members.aol.com/revalinfo07040
