This is a shameless plug for the best smoked ribs in the area. I love these ribs, and want to share this with everyone. Marshall's ribs are dry-rubbed and slow-smoked, and incredibly succulent. Also good are his smoked chickens, turkeys, and especially the smoked salmon. And the prices are very reasonable. Call him at 917-860-8998. You'll be glad that you did. |

Sorry, let me clarify. Marshall only caters out. You have to call him to order, with 24 hour advance notice. He provides (per his business card): sides of ribs (avg 4 lbs), whole salmon fillets (avg 4 lbs), whole briskets (avg 8 lbs), chickens (avg 4 lbs), and turkey breasts (avg 8 lbs). |

Another plug for Marshall. We've only tried the chicken (saving our money for those ribs!), and it was sooo delicious. I'm getting another one tonight. One chicken feeds four comfortably, they're big birds. |

Agreed! But give Marshall a break--he's a newbie and doesn't know that it's against board rules to advertise your business. Marshall, the only way Dave makes ANY money on this labor of love is if people buy ads.

Thank you for the heads up on the rules. I was not aware of them. I'll look into taking out an ad. Marshall }} |
