I need someone to put up a border. I think it's pre-pasted. Anyone have a suggestion of who to call and what to pay for such a small job.

Algebra2,

This is actually a simple task if it's pre-pasted unless it's for a bathroom where the shower is used frequently.
Other wise you can do it with a step ladder and some paitence. The trick is to measure the width of the paper to be applied and transcribe this onto the wall below the ceiling.
Now the wall and ceiling are not going to be "true". So, be sure to compensate while appling.
