Small wallpaper job

Other wise you can do it with a step ladder and some paitence. The trick is to measure the width of the paper to be applied and transcribe this onto the wall below the ceiling. Now the wall and ceiling are not going to be "true". So, be sure to compensate while appling. Good luck.... Mike
