Does anyone know if they sell paint or some kind of treatment you apply to metal to make it look weathered and kind of rusted? I have a stainless steel chandelier that came with my house and want to move it to my screened porch where there is already a very nice old French-looking sconce that's rusty in a "nice" way, if you know what I mean...kind of shabby chic. It would look funny to have a new-looking stainless steel chandelier with it. Can I treat it somehow to match the sconce? Thanks. |

Check the craft stores---Michael's or Pearl Paint in Woodbridge. I'm remembering seeing some type of instant rust/oxidation solution. Good luck! |

Home Depot also sells this sort of thing (in the spray paint aisle), and I bet Riccardi's would as well, if you want to keep things local. |
