I just wanted to remind all you music fans out thee:
The Giants of Jazz concert is 10/11/03 at 8PM at the Baird Center in SO. The line-up is amazing: Clark Terry, Jimmy Heath, Dr. Billy Taylor, Roy Hargrove, Randy brecker, Cecil Brooks....I could go on and on. This is the kind of thing that you usual find in the City at Carnegie Hall.
Get your tickets at the Robin Hutchins Gallery in Maplewood, Mail Boxes, Etc in SO and the Baird Center itself. |

It was terrific! We didn't realize how many jazz greats lived in and around South Orange. Wonderful music to what appeared to be a sold-out crowd. |
