Boy, this is a busy topic.

Thanks, belatedly, to all those who replied to my request for recommendations. We ended up hiring Bill Scerbo. It will be RADICAL. New driveway, new retaining wall, get rid of ancient foundation plantings, new garden beds, and new walkway. I will post before and after pictures. I now am feeling that unmistakable feeling of excited dread one has before borrowing a large amount of money.

Do you have a number for Bill Scerbo? We are looking to redo our front and back yards.

Bill Scerbo is located at 75 South Orange Ave in South Orange village.
His number is 973 763-5380. He is wonderful and his work is fabulous...

Another view of his work: take a look at South Orange Avenue. He is responsible for all the plantings or lack of them as well as the fake stone walls. SOAvenue was a very expensive project with very little to show for it.

Sorry to disagree with above posters.

He was responsible for the entire landscaping and stonescape redesign of South Orange Avenue. That includes plantings, trees, the park by Town Hall Deli.

We used Bill Scerbo this summer. I am disinclined to say much publicly, but I'd be happy to respond to anyone who wishes to privateline me, or email me directly at:

Dean Weiss has done two of my houses and REALLY
outdone himself each time. I'm talking
from nuttin' to gorgeous. He shows up when
he says he will, he does more than
what he says he'll do.

what more do you want?
