Hi, neighbors:
I thought I read a few months ago in the local paper that Maplewood was beginning a program where it would lend a small selection of tools to residents. Did I dream that one up or can anyone point me in the right direction for more information, ie, what kinds of tools are available.

I remember the article, too, but it was only for one of the neighborhoods (and I can't remember which), not the entire town. This Maplewood neighborhood received a grant for the program, I recall. Wouldn't it be great if it were the entire town!??!

I believe it is a grant for the Lightning Brook area which is located off of Boyden Ave near the Irvington border. The tools are kept at the firehouse on Springfield and Boyden.
