I just returned from Town Hall having picked up my property data card. It was my understanding that this was different information than the property data card provided by Certified. After looking this over I noticed that it is just a copy of the one that Certified sent to me. My question is this. Is there another property form that I am suppose to get from Town Hall? Perhaps I asked for the wrong form. BTW, if you ask they will also provide you with an "official" review request. I also received information, not from the town however, that it is good to submit pertinent photos with your request for review. |

Nursie If the property card you obtained from the Tax Assessor's Office is a 2-page document (including Sales History, Assessment History, Building Permit/Remarks, Land Calculations, Site Information, Building Sketch and Information, Room Count, and Residential Cost Approach Sections etc. on the first page and a Summary Description and Sketch on the second)... that is the one. It seems that CVI sent some residents only the second page when they made their requests. |

Maggie, Thanks so much for your very helpful information. I got only one page today, but I did receive two pages from CVI. I hope that is all I need. |
