I am taking a fantastic pre-natal yoga class at the Lactation Resource Center in Chatham. The class is Sunday from 2-3:15 PM. I believe a new session is starting at the end of February. I do not have the number handy, but they are listed in directory assistance. Their web site its www.everythingmom.com.
