I need to get a poster framed and the place in the livingston mall is now closed. They used to do a movie sized poster for 45 bucks. Anyone know of a good place to get some frame work done. I hesitate to use the gallery in Maplewood cause I can only imagine how expensive it will be. I always remember the S.O. store to be very pricey as well.

Any ideas?

Robin Hutchins in Maplwd really does a fabulous job, though, maybe worth the extra bucks.

I know of a place in near 7th Ave & 26th Street in NYC that will do it for about that price.I had one done recently. Locally it might cost literally 4X that. If interested post message and I will post exact address.

JERRY'S ARTIST OUTLET in Essex Green Shopping Center has a complete frame center with a good selection and prices. It's also got the best selection of art supplies (all media!) I've seen in NJ. Checkumout!

The do-it-yourself place is called Frames and Framers and it is, as said, near Kings on Morris Ave. I like to do what I can in framing my own pictures and it's fun to do it there. For posters I have them put the item on posterboard (a bonding process) and then I just put a little hanger on the back.

Consider going to the Rag Shop in West Orange. I've had stuff done at both Corners (in Watchung) and at the S.O. store and both were rather expensive.

Thanks Everybody. I ended up going to Frames and Framers in Short Hills. They were great. Probably not the best price, but w/o a doubt cheaper then Robin Hutchins and South Orange.

Thanks to all.
