The workshop on the property record card that was held on February 7th will be repeated on cable channel 35 on Thursday, 2/8 at 9pm and on Friday, 2/9, Saturday, 2/10 and Sunday, 2/11 at 10am, 4pm and 10pm each day.
The workshop ran about 2 hours. |

Vic,
Having missed the workshop, I just watched the taped re-run. Very informative and useful . . . it was a good thing to do. While differences in some of the details produce only small differences in valuations, going through the cards shed important light on the process that was utilized. Citizens who watch this will now have a better idea of how objective data interplays with state regulations on the one hand and subjective judgements on the other to arrive at a final number. Thank you.
