I'm towards the end of an attic renovation and have a great contractor to recommend to anyone who wants medium to large-scale work done. His name is Rafal Ebertowski and his company is Rafal Restoration. He's from Poland and lives in Clifton and is starting to work in the Maplewood/ South Orange area. He uses mostly Polish sub-contractors who are all highly skilled. His bid came in at 30% below where the other common Maplewood / South Orange contractors did. You can call him at 862-686-2630. I decided against a dormer, but had to have some significant structural work done. It was a gut reno with new bathroom, full plumbing and electrical, etc. Rafal could handle a dormer as well, I'm pretty sure. Best, Bill |
