I am still not sure what the "Class /Quality" number means. I watched my tape of the "propery data card" workshop, and altough it was very educational for me, I still do not have a clue about the number that determines "Class/Quality" and exactly how it is reached. Can anybody help here? |

FYO - the library on Baker Street has a copy of the Assessors Manual which covers this subject, complete with pictures. That said, even when reviewing the manual it is confusing as most houses have features of a number of different classes. There are pictures in the book. |
