I just had my living room and dining room faux painted by an extremely talented fellow Maplewoodian. It has completely transformed these rooms, and everyone is amazed at how cool they look. I highly recommend it for anyone considering interior painting.

1-2,
She uses all kinds of looks and techniques, she made my walls have a sort of suede texture, one room biege/tan, the other a sage green. She also uses coats and glazes. Her rates vary but her price for me was very good. Give her a call, she's very personable and easy to work with.

Did she perhaps use the "excess" wine on the walls somehow?

Oops -- sorry, that was another thread.

Pete

(thanks for the referral -- I have a hideously wall papered bathroom that is a prime candidate for this type of finish!)

This is probably a stupid question, but does she do the woodwork as well?

CFA,
Yes she will do woodwork, and she can paint surfaces to look like wood - it's pretty amazing - she is a very talented painter.

I highly recommend her as well. She's neat, reliable, competitively priced and she's talented. Hopefully she will get a web site on MOL and you can view some of her work.

I am going to contact her and see if she will get a banner here, post her website with photos, etc.
