There are two brothers- the 'business guy' is a little gruff, but his brother who does the work is easy to talk to. They were very honest, neat, clean, prompt, etc. They are located in South Orange. They were recommended to me by friends who also used them. The work runs about $1.75 per sqft., tax included. This is for sanding, one coat of stain & two coats of poly. Molding is extra. Stairs are $25 per step and are done by hand. We have had them do work for us and have recommended them to friends and relatives and all have been pleased. I would trust them with the keys to anything I own. They are also very nice people--most important to my wife and to me. They did a job for us when we were away and discovered that one of our steps was pretty badly broken. They did the repair well at no charge. They were not the cheapest but are reasonable and worth it. Pete is at (973) 364-0229.
