Does anyone know of any realtors or construction firms which buy distressed homes in Maplewood for rebuilding or repair? The home in question is in the Tuscan School area, and the owner would rather not spend the money on repairs/refurbishment prior to selling it. Thank you. |

Didn't Tyce Palmaffy do a house in the Crescent this year? |

I know Tyce worked on 44 Crescent, the Tudor at the top that was empty for several years. However, I know he was one of many who worked on the house. Tyce worked part-time on it, because his wife was part owner of it, but most of the work was contracted out by the other owner. There may be another house on the crescent he worked on, but if you're looking to visit one of the houses he did, 44 Crescent is probably not the one you should visit, since so many hands were in it. |

Jezor, tell them to put the house on the open market. If the house has good bones, it will sell. If there's an open house, these developers will be there. |

Jezor Any idea of the price range they are looking for and, are they willing to show the house? How much work does it need? |
