Some time ago, someone recommended an auto repair business that had "seas of Volvo's" around the lot. I believe it was in one of the Oranges. I am unable to find that message or thread on the upgraded site. I have a finicky old Volvo that needs front end work. My old repair shop is way out in Long Valley and I'd like to find someone closer. Optionally, does anyone know of an honest and quality source for Volvo repairs? |

I've driven past that shop. It's on Valley St. in Orange, I think, the street that runs parallel (east) to Ridgewood Rd. Take Ridgewood to West Orange, make a right by the burned down shopping center (Nassau St.) and the first right on Valley. It will be on your right a few blocks down. I take my Volvo to Smythe in Summit. They're great. |

Taking an out-of-warranty Volvo to Smythe, Prestige, or Montclair Dealerships is looney. Frank's Foreign Auto, 595 Valley Street in Orange is the best you'll find for price, honesty, and knowledge. They helped my 1980 DL wagon last 19 years and 206K miles before I donated it (still running fine)to the American Lung Ass'n. Call Frank at 674-2554, and look no further... |

I used Frank after my warranty ran out on my Volvo. I was sick of paying the prices at Prestige. He did a super job. |

Try Dave Nelson near the train station. Most honest mechanic I ever met - he can fix anything |

Deborahg-Frank's focus is on Volvo's, but give him a call. Yanevano... |
