Hello. Please help us find a fence company. We have found the one to use if $ is no object--clearly very good but MAJOR $. Any advice? We need to move quickly unfortunately so any experieces/recommendations/"steer clears" would be gratefully accepted. Be well, all. David Buckley dhbuckley@home.com |

Don't do anything before you check with the building department - there are strict conditions on fencing. |

Good point. David I e-mailed you my recommendation. Most experienced fence companies know each town's rules. To save some money you can get your own permit and the town will give you the actual requirements such as height restrictions, how much off property line, etc. |

David- we are in the middle of getting a fence as well. I've asked everyone I know about price, quality, thier experience, etc, and have narrowed it down to two companies...Artistic Fence and GM Fence. They are both coming to my home for a consultation/estimate. I got their numbers right out of the yellow pages. Both companies do tons pf work in the Maplewood/South Orange area and are familiar with our town ordinances, etc. Good Luck! |
