On my way back from buying $125 sneakers for my kids, I pulled my SUV up to Maplewood Wine to pick up 10 or 12 bottles of wine to keep me over for the weekend. They're closed until further notice. What gives? Shut by the ABC? On vacation? Sold? Bankrupt? Anyone know?

I bought the liquor license and I'm now brewing home made wines of which the ingredients are varied and many (low budget of course), in of my garage. I'll be opening my pub soon, called "Ye Mem's Olde Shloppe". |

One thing I LOVE about the gracious people of Maplewood/South Orange is that they know how to keep a subject going....re Bix's post!
Keep up the good work.
PS With all the whine-O's in this area, I find it hard to believe they went bankrupt. There are enough people that drink wine to support 8 or more stores. |
