I'm a biometrics and software development consultant. I believe there is a way to do this right, but whenever the big contractors get involved, nothing but sh#t is coming out of it. They get tons of money to do these things, give it to the least skilled developers who are moved from assignment to assignment and this is what we get for our tax dollars.
