House cleaner recommendation

Does anyone have experience with Jason at Magic Touch ? He has a couple of positive reviews on the other thread, but I'd also like to know about the 'little things'- straightening up, making a bed if not changing sheets, etc. Sweeping around things instead of under. I am also concerned that he wants to use a vaccuum cleaner on my high-gloss hardwood floors. I prefer a dust mop or Swiffer.
